How to Reset Your Password or Username

How do I reset my username and/or password?

1. If you are able to login to your account, login and head to your profile page by selecting the Hello button at the top right side of your screen.
2. On your profile page above your address, there will be a red button that says Change Password and/or Username. Select this button.
3. If you wish to only reset your password, leave the new username field blank. Click Save. 
   
   If you are locked out of your account or are unable to reset your username and/or password, please Submit a Request to the Member Services Team. We will respond as quickly as possible.
